I have been involved in sports all my life and dedicated years to the journey of a top athlete. I became interested in interpersonal psychology and the functioning of relationships early on – the sports environment provided a great opportunity to observe this. As a teenager, I was interested in psychology, but the classical theory alone remained dry for me. I was interested in experiential understanding and experiencing it.

In 2021, I began a four-year training in transpersonal psychology and hypnotherapy.

Over the years, my natural talents and perceptions began to open up. Since then, my journey has been very intense – through experience and practice, I have learned to understand and use my talents better and better. Today, I combine the acquired knowledge, experience, and my talents in my work with people.

My talents manifest in many layers – clearly hearing, seeing, feeling, perceiving, smelling, reflecting. My work is not based on ready-made answers. I create a space where you can see and understand better within yourself. When recognition arises, choices and inner balance naturally change.
