Channeled boardis the creation of a connection with a higher consciousness, soul, guided field, or light source - the level from which information, guidance, or deep knowledge can come that does not originate from ordinary consciousness or reason.

Channeling through me naturally and intuitively – it can manifest as words, images, feelings or clear knowledge. Channeling is not pre-planned or directed by the mind, but always opens in that moment according to what is ready for the person to become visible.

Channeling helps:

  • Bring to light subconscious patterns, information or what is happening at the soul level.

  • Or simply reflect something that is already inside you, but not yet expressed.

It is important to understand that channeling does not dictate your life choices, but opens a space where you can better understand, listen and trust yourself.

During energy sessions and with energy work in general, I mediate higher and purer frequencies that create space for your body, mind, and consciousness to balance, renew, and heal.

These frequencies "do nothing for you", but create an opportunity - a supportive frequency field - in which you can begin to notice, release and transform what is outdated or limiting.

It is not a classic "treatment", but a deep, multi-level process where your system can begin to change itself - if there is a willingness and space for it.

Each session begins with channeling - through which it becomes clear which topics and root causes are most important at the moment or ready to emerge.

If several different topics arise, thenselection of tunings through the channeling process – not based on the client's or my personal preference, but based on which at the moment is truly ready to move.

Only after that do I mediate the frequencies and the energetic session and basic essence attunement take place – exactly in the topic and scope that your system needs at that moment.

I will also share after the session follow-up channel – I will reflect to you what moved, what can be supportive to notice and what guidance will carry you forward. This will help you to understand more deeply what happened, how to move with it and what realizations or growths may occur.

Your role is to be present - as much as you can - internally open, ready to notice and receive.
It is not necessary to do anything physically, but your conscious presence and responsibility for your own process is very important on this journey.

It is your inner attunement that creates a space where energies can begin to move and changes can manifest. Your body, consciousness and soul will work together at exactly the level and pace that is supportive and necessary for you.

After the session, I will also share reflections with you - what was in the movement, what themes showed up and what might be supportive to notice further.

An energetic session can support you on many levels – helping to dissolve and release physical or emotional blockages, unconscious patterns, body tensions, soul wounds, internal conflicts, as well as energies transmitted on an invisible level that may originate from family lines or collective experiences.

Healing doesn't just happen on one level - it can occur in the body, energy system, consciousness, subconscious, soul level, or even relationships and the flow of life.
The process always moves to where your system needs clarity, lightness or release the most.

Everyone's experience during energetic sessions is unique.
You can feel peace, warmth in your body, a slight movement of energy or emotional waves - either sadness, joy, liberation or deep relaxation. Sometimes it manifests simply in silence and relaxation, other times it can be accompanied by fatigue or great inner clarity.

Often there can be two levels of experience - for example, physical fatigue combined with emotional or mental lightness and inspiration.


Everything you experience is exactly what your system is ready for and what is most important for healing at that moment.

Many of the higher frequencies that support deep healing and opening are not always directly accessible in everyday consciousness.

My role is to be a pure “pathfinder” – one who creates a bridge and space between you and these higher frequencies. I help bring to light those patterns or themes whose time is ripe, and I hold a safe “place” where healing can take place.

Once the frequency has been delivered and the space held, further movement can always take place through your own readiness, presence and inner wisdom.

At the end of the session, I will also share a verbal or pictorial reflection - observations, images and messages will help you better understand and integrate what you have experienced.

The effects of the session do not end with this momentary experience, but continue to work after the sessions.
Once the energies and frequencies are delivered and connected to your system, they will continue to work throughout the incarnation, according to your readiness and rhythm of life. Growth and healing do not happen all at once, but layer by layer - unfolding deeply and over time, according to the rhythm of your own inner wisdom and the flow of life.

In a spiritual context, 3D, 4D, and 5D do not refer to physical dimensions, but rather to different levels of consciousness, how one perceives oneself, life, and reality. These levels determine a person's vibration, that is, which energies they are in contact with and how they experience their life.   • Dimensions – tthey often refer to levels of reality or to the structures of the universe, which may be outside of everyday physical experience. When we talk about higher dimensions (e.g. 4D, 5D), we often talk about them mental or energy level, where the expansion of consciousness and higher connection with the universe takes place.   • Levels of consciousness – they refer to the inner development of a person and how a person perceives reality in different mental states. Therefore, dimensions are often related with outer, cosmic levels, whereas levels of consciousness refer more to one's inner development and how one experiences these dimensions or levels of reality.

  • Three-dimensional physical world + time dimension - the scientific view considers our reality as four dimensional (space + time).
  • Seven dimension - many mystical and esoteric traditions speak of seven levels related to the development of human consciousness and spiritual growth. For example, theosophy and Hindu cosmology describe seven planes of existence.
  • Nine to twelve dimension - some New Age teachings speak of up to 12 dimensions, with each higher dimension representing greater awareness and enlightenment.

At the 6D level, creativity is completely limitless because one is fully aware of one's inner ability to create one's own reality. In the 6D dimension, awareness of the perception of timeless and spaceless reality takes place.
